Service Description
Each HavenYard Consultation includes: Personalized Site Walkthrough & Analysis – We assess your property’s layout, soil, light, and flow to identify opportunities and challenges. Lifestyle & Goals Discussion – We help you clarify how you want your outdoor space to feel and function (relaxation, entertaining, curb appeal, or ROI). Tailored Recommendations – Immediate suggestions for plantings, layout, and design elements that fit your budget, maintenance comfort level, and goals. Preliminary Concept Sketch or Vision Map – A visual starting point you can use, whether you DIY or work with us. Cost Guidance & Next Steps – Get rough cost ranges for potential projects to make informed decisions. Full Credit Toward Services – If you decide to move forward with a HavenYard design package or installation, your $299 consultation fee is credited toward your final invoice.
Cancellation Policy
Booking All consultations and services must be booked online through www.havenyard.com. Clients may reschedule online in any available time slot. Cancellations & No-Shows More than 48 hours before your appointment: Free to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations 48 to 24 hours before your appointment: 50% of the consultation fee will be charged. Cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment or no-show: 100% of the consultation fee will be charge.
