Product Returns

We accept returns for most products within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any tracking or insurance fees.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (minus any shipping fees from the original order, if applicable).
Items marked as final sale or non-returnable on their product page cannot be returned.

Consultation Bookings

Consultation booking fees are non-refundable.
However, if you choose to move forward with HavenYard services after your consultation, your booking fee will be credited toward your final service cost.
Consultation appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice at no additional charge. Missed appointments without notice are not refundable or transferable.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at HavenYard.Consult@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. We will provide instructions and the return shipping address.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. The “Last Updated” date above will reflect changes. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
