Custom Cooling Strategy Shade recommendations, passive cooling techniques, and smart layout ideas based on real airflow and sun path data. Preliminary Sketch or Cooling Vision Map A clear visual of what’s possible, ready for DIY or to hand to a contractor. Cancellation Policy
Booking All consultations and services must be booked online through www.havenyard.com. Clients may reschedule online in any available time slot. Cancellations & No-Shows More than 48 hours before your appointment: Free to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations 48 to 24 hours before your appointment: 50% of the consultation fee will be charged. Cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment or no-show: 100% of the consultation fee will be charge.
